Description
This is a view of The University of Tampa from across the Hillsborough River as nightfall is well underway. The University of Tampa's main building is called Plant Hall. It is heavily steeped in Moorish influences, and serves as a leading example of Moorish Revival architecture in the southeastern United States. Formerly the old Tampa Bay Hotel, Plant Hall is a National Historic Landmark built in 1891 by Henry B. Plant.
This is part of my photographic art series. When creating digital art, I use one of my photographs and a combination of several digital tools to create the desired output. It gives me great satisfaction, and sometimes fun, to produce one of these artworks which would look wonderful in any home or office.
This image is featured in the Fine Art America Groups "Images That Excite you" and "500 Views."
